Deposits

A deposit secures your date and is deducted from the final total. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved once with notice.

Cancelling

Please give as much notice as you can. We will always try to help you rebook.

Allergies and skin

Tell us about allergies, sensitivities or skin conditions when you book. We can patch-test products on request.

Travel

Travel fees are quoted in advance and depend on distance and start time. Early-morning bookings may carry a supplement.
